Monster Print Becomes Supreme Print!

We are pleased to announce that Supreme Print is the new and improved name for Monster Print.

Just like Prince, we decided we needed to change our name - don't worry though, we won't be calling ourselves "The Printers Formally Known as Monster Print"! The change of name cements our belief in providing the best service to our customers, we want to ensure every order receives the supreme treatment.

Customer Service Improvements

We have listened to feedback from our valued customers and have now increased our customer service team, as well as putting in place a new set of customer service procedures.

In short:

We are a small team working very hard to very tight deadlines, so on occasion we haven't given customers the five star service you all deserve. We acknowledge that there is room for improvement in this area of our business - ensuring we provide the BEST customer service is right at the top of our priority list.

Prepress Artwork Inspection

As part of our new customer service procedures we are stepping up our prepress inspections. All artwork will be closely inspected by our team to try and spot any potential issues before we go to print. Whilst it is your responsibility to ensure artwork meets the correct specifications - each set of artwork will have a digital printed proof made in our print shop.

This will enable us to visually check colours, bleeds, imagery and other potential issues that might make your printing not look as good as it should and make suggestions on how to rectify the issues.

New Dedicated Lancashire Print Shop

We are now proud to say we have moved offices into a busy high street, dedicated print and copying shop in Oswaldtwistle (yes this is a real place!) in Lancashire. So if you are local to the area, feel free to pop in for a brew and a chat.

Reviewed Pricing Structure

We have taken the decision to review our pricing structure as part of the changes happening - the last time we reviewed pricing was when the site was created, back in 2005! So three years without a price review is quite an achievement.

We decided to change the companies focus from being "a cheap as chips printer - with crap service" to "a reasonably priced printer - with good service and exclusive deals for past customers". It seems that everyone is putting up their prices, we have certainly felt the pinch with our suppliers - but have absorbed these into our costs.

So some prices have gone up - not by much, but it means we can now fund the investments we are putting into our operations to bring you a service you can rely on and trust.

Just as we talk about pricing increases, we are off-setting (no pun intended!) this with some exclusive discount codes!
